Damage and/or defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accessories received and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
Charges of courier for returning the defective/damaged items to be bear by the purchaser only.
For all eligible returns, either replacement or the refund of money will be provided within 15 days time post received of defective/damaged products.

Grocery, Fruits & Vegetables	All items which are under this category, except the rotten ones / expired ones.
Health & Personal Care	All items which are under this category.
Home & Kitchen	All kinds of soil, fertilizers, plants, solar energy equipment etc.
Sanitation	Toilet paper, Hand washes, sanitary pads etc.
Jewellery	All items which are under this category.
Movies and Music	All items which are under this category.
Mobiles, Phone Accessories & Tablets	All items except dead on arrival.
