Returns Policy
The following are illustrated points of the return policy of UGAKART:
- Damage and/or defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accessories received and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging.
- Charges of courier for returning the defective/damaged items to be bear by the purchaser only.
- For all eligible returns, either replacement or the refund of money will be provided within 15 days time post received of defective/damaged products.
